Fantastic location in the park with sea view and lovely garden to spend time in. Clean pool. Friendly and extremely helpful hosts. They go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and enjoy their stay.

My wife and I stayed at the Villa Maxim for a week. The location is perfect, in the middle of Primorski Park, a green oasis of the city. The room, although in the attic, is large enough (it is for three people) and has all the facilities of the description, except the kettle, which was missing. The Wi-Fi signal is very good. Although there is an air conditioner, we did not use it, as the room is quite cool. At an outside temperature of 28-30 degrees, the air coming through the open window was enough. The guesthouse also has a swimming pool, but we didn't use it, preferring to go to the beach. In conclusion, the Villa Maxim guesthouse is a very good choice for spending a few days at the Black Sea, in a beautiful and welcoming city.
