excellent location, close to the beach and the city center, public transport nearby, a/c, parking space with access barrier, almost all necessary facilities, the road to the beach passes through Varna Park

The property was clean and well maintain. Easy access. Location was also very good, depends on where you wan to go.

Great location, great apartment. Clean and modern. All the needed tools and accessories were present for a comfortable stay for more than a week. I enjoyed the location as well. The grocery store is right behind the corner as well as a small market nearby and also an ATM. The sea is also relatively close. Not a lot of hotels nearby, meaning, the beaches were populated mostly by the people living in that area and less by tourists.
