Just like last time, we were pleasantly impressed by this cozy and quiet studio, perfect for a relaxed stay in Varna. We came with our two little dogs and felt right at home – everything we needed was there. We prefer to cook our own meals and experience the local vibe, rather than stay in touristy, all-inclusive areas. The location is great: quiet, with easy access by car to anywhere in the city. Primorski Park is only 10 minutes away on foot – perfect for dog walks along the coast with a beautiful sea view. We noticed some nice improvements since our last stay – the hot water works instantly now. There’s still room for small upgrades, but overall, we’re very happy and already planning to come back soon, and hopefully in the years to come.

Location was exactly where we want to stay in Varna, usually we like to mingle between the locals rather than to stay in very touristic places. The neighbourhood is in changing, there are construction yards around, but we did not have any problems with the noise or others. We liked to have coffee or breakfast on the balcony, that faces north, which is best in the summer, not to be in the sun. We enjoyed the Nespresso machine, the washing machine, the vacuum cleaner that we used. The Wifi is mobile network based, and it is rather slow, especially at uploads, but it is steady. I've noticed that YETTEL network is much more fast than VIVACOM, and the router is on VIVA. The TV has only 6 stations, but you can connect it to your Netflix account or other online compatible app.

The room is small but enough for 2 people, the location is not so bad as is close to the park and around 10-15 minutes to to beach by walk. Keep in mind’s that there is a hill to ascended/descended for the beach. Stores, restaurants and non-stop gas stations close to the accommodation. Easy check-in and free parking spots in front of the building. Generally speaking it is worth it for the money that we payed.

The studio is comfortable with a kitchen and with all the necessary appliances. There was a coffee machine with capsules which was a very nice surprise. It was tidy. The studio is close and on the other side of the park (the so-called Sea Garden) which was convenient for me. The host was very polite and responsive.
