Great place to stay in Varkala and have a great time. Location is great (50m to the main promenade). Room is very clean, bed linen is clean, shower is very big and comfortable. The place is very cozy. We would stay again in such a room. Mr. Akhil was always in touch, answered very quickly to any questions. He is very helpful and helps guests very well.

The staying was good, room is clean and all facilities inside worked as expected. Pay attention restoraunt on the rooftop is not working anymore, but if you search for freezer, it is there :) The location is very convinient just 20m to the walking cliff.

1. Spot clean rooms 2. Modern furnishing of the room 3. 20 steps from beach 4. Helpful staff 5. Right in the middle of everything interesting in Varkala, bars, food, cafes, yoga, massage, kayaking, you name it.

The rooms were reasonably big, were clean, had fan and AC, water bottles and kettle provided. Great value for money. Excellent location very close to the cliff with all the cafes and market, walkable from the beach. There's a veg restaurant upstairs for quickly grabbing food as well. The manager Akhil was very helpful - got us medicine when we needed, arranged for auto and cabs, gave us references to surfing classes. We even got to check-in early when we reached in the morning and they kept our luggage for us after check-out.

There is no breakfast , but the location was awesome and very close to cliff and it’s just backside of the Homestay.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a comfortable bed. The modern amenities added to the experience. The staff was attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and excellent service.
