Staff are excellent.(Family management team). Service staff are well trained friendly and attentive. Location is first class, being right on the ferry terminal and adjacent to the railway station.

Location was perfect, amazing view from our room. Even though close to the ferry station it remained very quiet and peaceful in our room. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The host was always available at the reception desk to provide information and assistance. Daily room service was excellent. A charming place , right on the lake. This accommodation deserves 5 stars
