Please inform the hotel of your expected arrival time.When booking, please specify whether you prefer separate twin beds or one large double.The resort fee is a compulsory card (Fiemme Card) which includes several facilities/services according to the season. This fee is not payable for children under 8 years, and a 50% discount applies for guests aged between 8 and 14.- In summer, the card includes: access to most of the Trentino public transport, cable cars, nature parks, museums and discounts to sports facilities and stores in the area.
- In winter, the card includes: access to ski buses, discounts to ski resorts and daily discounts to sports facilities, ski schools, restaurants and stores in the area.

I want to thank Mr Paulo and all the staff for the wonderful reception and stay. The team was without a doubt exceptional and made our stay worthwhile. We booked for the annex building, however we got an upgrade to the main building. As we had a long delay in the flight, they called us to check if everything was ok and to indicate where they would leave the room key and to inform us of the upgrade they made and which we really appreciated. We stayed in a room with a balcony, with two floors, one double bed and two single beds. The bathroom is spacious and the bed was comfortable. The balcony also has a table, chairs and sun loungers. Breakfast was very good, with homemade products, as was dinner. The dinner included a salad buffet and a 3 course menu, 2 starters and 1 main course , of choice. As I am a vegetarian they made the adjustments possible to accommodate my requests. On the last day they even left us a note on the breakfast table to thank us for our stay. As we were in town for the OCR European Championship and we were leaving in the afternoon, they let us keep the room until later so we could shower before continuing our trip, we left at 2pm without a problem. There is a car park very close by, as well as a bakery and supermarket. The staff are really helpful and make the hotel even more pleasant. The area is beautiful and we want to come back in winter. Thanks again for the wonderful hospitality.
