Saurabh and his team is extremely friendly and polite, they really work hard and do their best to meet guest's expectations. You get all the support you need and already uppon arrival all the options they can help you with. Location of hotel is probably one of the best, as it is really close to the Assi Ghat, where morning and evening ceremonies are happening.

The property was exceptionally clean and well equipped, the included breakfast was great and contained both western and Indian options, the staff were incredibly helpful with ideas of what to do and letting us in before check in time when we arrived early

Gully Ghat provided us exactly what we needed for our brief stay in Varanasi. We arrived very early one morning and left very late the next evening. We had a 2 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for friends or family travelling. The location is perfect for access to Assi Gait, and everything is within walking distance from here. The rooms were clean and tidy. Cooked breakfast upstairs in terrace every morning is basic in choice but we enjoyed the Indian cooking. The staff were friendly and they stored our bags and were helpful with information.

This hotel truly ticked all the boxes for me. From the moment I arrived, the warm and welcoming chai provided by the staff while I was checking-in, made me feel completely at ease and safe. I was looking for a peaceful place to rest and recharge for a few days, and as soon as I stepped into my bedroom, I knew I had found it. The hotel also offers a wide range of activities, from boat rides to tour guides. Whether you're looking to explore or simply relax. One of the biggest highlights (besides the staff, their breakfast and the menu they also have available for dinner) is its location, just a 5 minute walk from Assi Ghat. It’s the perfect starting point for diving into the vibrant life of Varanasi, whether you're in the mood for some shopping or want to experience the spiritual energy of the morning or evening arti. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Varanasi!

Like: Staffs / Manager are very cooperative. The location is good. Dislike: Unable to see Ganga Ji from the room or hotel. Little expensive compared to provided amenities.

The Owner was friendly and housekeeping staff was pleasant. Room was comfortable for short stay as we were hardly there for one night. Day time was busy with roaming.

The room was very clean and pleasant. The actual condition was consistent with what we saw in the pictures on booking. There was no problem contacting the owner. In fact, his help in finding the location and directing our Uber driver was invaluable. I highly recommend it!

Nice place, with apartman and breakfast. It is about an hour from the airport, but it is possible to book taxi with the hotel, which I fully reccommend. The owner and his wife are nice people and they can help with the transport, tours or any information about Varanasi.
