The fine print
We would like to remind all our travellers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and forbidden in our accommodation. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the appropriate authorities, and the deposit will not be refunded.- Return the accommodation in a suitable condition;
- The fridge must be emptied on departure: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Dishes must be washed and put away: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Garbage cans must be emptied (see location of rubbish bin/containers in the welcome booklet: 20€ will be deducted from the deposit in the event of non-compliance.
- Close windows on departure;
- Do not damage, break or steal anything;
- Maximum departure time 11 a.m., unless otherwise specified. Any departure after the arrival of the cleaning service will result in 50€ being deducted from the security deposit.
- To respect the neighbors, please avoid noise after 10 pm;
-We would like to remind all our travelers that any prostitution activity is strictly illegal and prohibited in our homes. We reserve the right to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities and will result in the full deposit being collected.❗Important: Make sure to validate the deposit before 7 p.m. on the day of your arrival to obtain access to the accommodation. After 7 p.m. the establishment's staff will no longer be able to provide you with access to the accommodation if the deposit has not been validated in advance ❗This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
