We booked 3x rooms Rooms and gardens were beautiful and very clean. The location felt safe and secure. The staff were friendly and helpful, with a firm yet accommodating manager. A special thank you to Brett for all his assistance and for being so accommodating. Thank you to Bernadette as well for her warm welcome and helpfulness.

1. On our check in we were not happy with the room we were allocated. It the morning we asked to be moved and the lady honoured our request with no hassles. The room was very comfortable, more spaciuos. 2. We were an hour late on check out but Brett was amazing and did not make a big deal out of it.
