Frederik “Our stay was excellent for comfort and location for ski”

I will write in English but we, as a family of 5 are dutch. We had a very (excellent!) stay at Sybille's Aurelian appartment. Very clean, everything there to prepare a meal (good kitchen) after e great day of ski. The apartment is excellent located in Vandans just 2 minutes from the central village where there is ski rental, SPAR for regular shopping, a good pizzeria (Vandanser Stube) and more elegant a la carte (Montafonerin). For skiing the appertment is IDEAL: the appertment has a central hallway where you can change yourself and let stuff dry when you come back. Very handy. Then the location: when you are staying in the Aurelia you ar every lucky: you are just 4 minutes away from Golmerbahn that brings to to Ski Area Golm which is excellent for the first day to 'come in'. Then you are just 12 minutes away from the Hochjoch Bahn that will bring you to Ski area Kapell. This area is big you can not take all slopes in one day and with its 2430m Hochalpila from where you can take the slope 10-1A-1B-1C (1C is broad and fast but you can also take it slowly and enjoy the amazing view) which will take you a lot of time. Then you are 25 minutes (no traffic when ever you leave) from Gargellen and Versettle Bahn, the last even bigger area then Kapell. Good is that there no traffic at all (one traffic light in Vandans that will take < 5 min in the morning) and enough parking space for the ones that can/will not be the first on the slopes. But...for the ones that want to be on the slopes the very first with the real 'Voralberger' there is the Zamang bahn that opens at 08.00 am...I took that one with my daughter...the good thing is that the other slopes open at 8.30 so you are really the first. In short: this was our best ski vacation ever and we have been around in Austria We wanted to book for next year right away but the appartment was aleady booked (lucky are the ones that bookd it for 2027).
