We had a two night stay pre cruise and found the property to be in a good downtown location and despite being in our 60s we could walk to most attractions on our list to see and do. The staff were very helpful and friendly in this busy hotel. Although there is no breakfast, there are kitchens for your own use but we didn't eat in. However, there is a fabulous coffee machine with tea and coffee, complimentary, which we made use of on our checkout day. Staff happily called a cab for us to take us to the port which arrived in minutes, great service!

Great location opposite the BC Place stadium. Ideal for solo traveller with a sink in the room but no toilet which was shared across 3/4 rooms on the floor. Kitchens were situated on each floor allowing for full hot drinks and small meals to be prepared. Laundry facilities as well with separate dryers - so many combined washer/dryers just don't work.

Convenient location and comfortable. The room is exactly as advertised and cosy. The clear signage of bathroom availability is great. Staff are really helpful as well.

The hotel was perfectly located close to the metro and a short walk to the city center. It has a good value for money, and the staf were vert helpful. I would recommend the hotel even though it is maybe not the most luxurious in Vancouver.
