The staff were excellent when we had a problem with our first room and upgraded us to a fantastic room with a panoramic view. It gave us the wonderful end to our holiday looking at the mountains and watching the seaplanes in the harbour. We used the swimming pool and jacuzzi after a long day out which was a welcome treat. The hotel is ideally placed to reach everything to visit in Vancouver and is close to the station for travelling to the airport.

I had a great stay here. The room was very clean and the furniture was new. I got upgraded to a room with a queen bed and a view of the waterfront. I also enjoyed the food I got through room service.
