Location.. train to airport 2 mins away. 5/10 mins walk to the harbour and bars / restaurants. Room was clean and spacious and staff very polite.

Most everything if I had a complaint it would be that the foyer area was a bit dated and they need some more room for bag storage

Super understanding and accommodating front desk staff seeing we were going through an airbnb crisis at the time. Beautiful, comfortable hotel. Very thankful for their service.
