The staff are awesome and welcoming. When I asked the staff if I can change the room she immediatley granted my request. The location is superb. Its accessible to all from food to tourist spot and everything. The price is very competitive and reasonable. Compare to other nearby hotel its price is way better based on their location ,amenities and accesibility

Great location in Downtown. Reception staff, Nicole and Lesly, provided wonderful service. I felt they went over and above to assist in anyway.

The location of the hotel is great, not too far away from the Skytrain (although need to climb the slope a bit after getting out of the Skytrain station). There is a 7-11 nearby so very convenient to get breakfast and snacks. The staff has been very helpful and nice. Just wanted to say thank you very much for your help, it was a pity that I didn't express my gratitude in person as I was busy at traveling to various places in town. Next time when visiting Vancouver I'll try to stay here again.
