The bed was comfortable, when I complained about food left in the fridge by a previous guest, they provided me with an apology and a bottle of wine as well as a couple of chocolates which was appreciated.

Outstanding experience at a very reasonable price. If you’re planning a few nights in Vancouver, I highly recommend staying at the EXchange Hotel Vancouver. It’s truly one of the best properties right in the heart of the city. From check in to checkout, everything was seamless. The electronic check in process was efficient and modern, which made arrival smooth. The bell service team and staff were exceptional. Professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. The front desk team was equally welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was elegant and absolutely delicious. My kids loved it. A special thank you for the fantastic shakshuka prepared for me and the steaks for my family. A top tier stay overall. I would definitely return.
