No breakfast included, location was AWESOME, and the apartment was cozy and clean. Rented a car and had a parking spot in the parking lot, which was GREAT. Easy access, no noise. Friendly neighbours.

A spacious apartment right in the city center. Very well equipped and comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and kind. If I’m ever in Vancouver again, I will gladly stay here again.

The apartment is very central, which makes it easy to get around Vancouver. However, the address listed on Booking is not correct. If you are expecting any deliveries or packages, make sure to ask the host for the correct address, otherwise you may face issues like I did with Amazon and courier services. That said, the apartment itself is very nice and well suited for one or two people. It has a washer and dryer, nice views of the city buildings, and the community is very quiet. The check-in process is straightforward: the first time you use a code, and afterwards you are provided with a fob to enter easily. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. Of course, prices in Vancouver are always quite high, but for what it offers, I was very comfortable here.
