The fine print
When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and non-refundable deposit will be required immediately.The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stayChildren 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Great location, walk to downtown, Stanley park, restaurants & groceries if using the kitchen to cook, & staff very friendly and helpful. I arrived early and was able to check in straight away.

Excellent facilities in our 2 bedroom suite. Very comfortable and really good service from all staff we engaged with. The Urban Fair across the street is also great if you want to pick up some groceries.

A spacious light filled apartment made it a joy to stay in. Quiet place at nighttime. Good bedding. Excellent location with lots of food options.
