When booking more than 3 rooms (group booking), different cancellation policies and non-refundable deposit will be required immediately.The hotel does not accept 3rd party credit cards. Please note cash deposits are not accepted.The hotel reserves the right to either charge or pre-authorize the provided credit cards up to the full reservation amount 72 hours prior to reservation arrival date. Non-valid credit cards will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.Guests must be 19 years or older to check into the hotel. Guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or official guardian for the duration of their stayChildren 12 and under stay free in the parent’s room (up to 2 children). The 3rd adult charge will be $20.00 per night plus taxes using the existing bedding.Extra beds can be requested using the Special Request box when booking. Extra beds cannot be accommodated in the Executive One-Bedroom Suite. Guests must confirm availability direct with the hotel after the reservation has been made.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Downtown location was fantastic! Beds were comfortable and the building was quiet. Coffee & bottled water in the room was a nice touch. only a short walk to attractions or where busses would pick up. we also managed to walk with our suitcases to the cruise terminal for our cruise. we did a Food tour in Gastown that was Awesome also. look that up it will not disappoint

Beautiful spacious one bedroom apartment with great facilities, good kitchen if you wanted to cook a basic meal, really good grocery store across the road, lots of cafes and restaurants to chose from if not. Bed extremely comfortable. Robes and slippers supplied. Easy to set the thermostat to get the temperature you like. Good views from our 12th floor apartment. Good area surrounded by high end stores, Robson Street shopping one block away, close to art gallery and library. Easy walk to Coal Harbour, Canada Place, bus services to Stanley Park and the stadiums one block away. Staff very helpful, friendly and pleasant, always greeted us when we left or returned to the building. Shower head was spraying water all over the bathroom on first use - a phone call to reception resulted in someone coming quickly to check it, then someone to replace it within a few minutes. There are laundry facilities and a fitness room on one floor which we did not use.

Our huge apartment was more than we expected for our one night stay. This was one of the more reasonable room rates we found for that date & it was in a fantastic location. Very happy with this property.
