Fantastic location, our rooms had balconies onto Robson St. Great views from the balcony. I requested rooms close/next to each other and we ended up rooms in different floors, but directly above/below each other. It couldn't be helped, I guess, just wasn't ideal. Great sized rooms, really big and clean. Good sized bathroom with plenty of amenities. Elevator lobbies were stiflingly hot on our floors, wait for elevators sometimes stretched to nearly 5 mins. Four elevators running at the same time, or 3, would've been better. Staff were friendly and helpful. We treated ourselves to brekkie at the attached cafe/bistro - the food and staff were wonderful! This is a fantastic hotel for pick-up/drop off pts for the HoHo bus and the Capilano bus (altho the Cap. bus ended dropping us off a block behind the hotel for whatever reason ... probably traffic). Also a taxi rank right outside.

Perfect location and wonderful view from our room. We enjoy the access enjoyable walks on Coal Harbour and Robson Street
