I loved that it was fresh and newly renovated. Loved the shuttle downtown to Websummit. That was a pleasant surprise. The staff were great for the most part. They also had warm breakfast which had a good selection. They just added in a gym which was great. Finally housekeeping came daily. It was refreshing to come back at the end of the day to a made up room and fresh towels.

Keo and Pasina were both excellent. We could not have received better service and assistance. Our early check in was very appreciated and our complimentary room upgrade a bonus.

Room was lovely and staff gave us a upgrade with no additional charge.Hotel is under going a remodel with new look breakfast area,hallways and rooms.
