The way everything is restored or preserved is just mind-blowing. We loved the impressive collection of old items, from farming tools to old watches and ancient books, which are on display and even for sale. The place is quiet, even serene, and it's an invitation to connect with the beauty of the surrounding mountains. For the whole countryside experience, have a couple of meals on-site. Everything was super delicious and carefully prepared.

Vama Buzăului is very nice. It is a good place to escape for the weekend and a good alternative to Prahova Valley. At this property you have a big yard where you can relax.

Very special location, the rooms are an exceptional combination of rural romanian style and chick elements. If you travel with kids, we recommend taking the house on the premise, there is more space and a patio to enjoy your morning coffee. The fireplace hut is fabulous, if you arrive on a rainy day, the fireplace will welcome you with a cracking noice of the burning logs.

Really enjoyed our stay at Gospodaria lui Nea Ion. The staff was very kind and friendly. The place is so zen, piece of Heaven, nature and silence. Great food, tasty fish, tasty pork ( my fav were “pasta de jumari” and strawbery gem). As dessert I ate the best “cremsnit” in my life. The houses are so cute, the fireplaces are awesome and cosy. The Romanian music from the restaurant crated such a great atmosphere. Nice, I recommend this place. Book it and try it!
