Nicely arranged house of about 40 m2, with a separate terrace connected by stairs from the yard. A living room with two sleeping beds, combined with a complete kitchen and bathroom, which makes one unit. Yard in greenery and flowers. Covered parking in the yard. Everything is beautifully lit. Extremely good location in the center of the island, so easy access to beaches and sights all over the island. A car is necessary for the tour. In Valsamata there is a bakery and two restaurants with good food. Matina is a wonderful, extremely kind and accommodating owner and hostess of the apartment.
