What a fantastic atmospheric Chateau/castle in a beautiful and natural environment, the peace, the view and the hospitality of Marie-Antoinette make everything complete. An absolute must for a complete and relaxed stay in the Ardeche.

Marrie Antoinette is making you feel as you are a visitor to her house. Welcoming and so helpful with recommendations. Room was in great size and early check-in was possible. Breakfast is delicious with all the local products and delicacies. Also let’s not forget how gorgeous the Château is, you will feel like you are in a fairy tale.

We stayed for five nights in the Chateau’s apartment and as a base to visit the Ardeche region. The apartment is decorated in a modern style, with a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine and dish washer), and air conditioning. There is also an exquisite jacuzzi bath. We appreciated the space, outside of the main chateau, yet with access to all the facilities, notably the pool (which was ever so refreshing in the late afternoon). We only had breakfast once, which was delicious (even made us omelets), and just beautiful taken from the Chateau’s terrace. It was a short walk down the hill through the Chateau’s park to the town (Vals-les-Bains), with all of its facilities and activities (we enjoyed the Summer concerts in the public square). It is a (short) climb coming back up, but good exercise after a meal! All the staff at the Chateau were incredibly friendly and informative. A very relaxing holiday here, which we thoroughly enjoyed!
