We arrived early off a cruise and my husband was very unwell. They put us in a different but similar room to what we booked so my husband could go straight to bed. We must express our thanks and gratitude for the kindness and helpfulness both the man and woman showed. They really went above and beyond making special drinks for my husband and just being generally caring and helpful.

The boutique style ambiance was lovely and our hosts cared about our stay. The breakfast was good and the wine in the evening was also 👍

This Hotel is a graet place to stay when you are looking for a nice, friendly place in Valparaiiso. Juan is very helpful and the breakfast is a thingyou will remember. And don‘t forget to go to the roof top area - nest together with a Pisco-Sour. The view is kust great..😎

A quirky hotel in a brilliant location. You are right in the midst of great street art, lovely restaurants and great views. Marcelo & Gloria were gracious, helpful hosts.
