The staff were attentive and the breakfasts and dinners were very good. The pool area was pleasant to relax in.The rooms were comfortable. The public areas were pleasant too. It was conveniently placed for visiting the vineyards nearby.

What a little spot of paradise... after two weeks roughing it around Patagonia and the Attacama, we needed a spot to unwind. Casona el Refugio was the perfect choice. The owner and staff were amazing, so friendly and attentive. Diego is always ready with a glass of wine when you most need it. The area is lovely with so many vineyards to visit. We rented bikes and enjoyed the beautiful countryside. Would not hesitate to recommend it and look forward to coming back. Exceptional!

Loved this place so much. A proper country house hotel. Very attentive and generous staff. Good food, good wine, big fires and lovely room.

The house was beautiful, a quiet oasis located on the outskirts of Casablanca. Antonio was the perfect Host and was able to arrange a wine tour for us at short notice. Great breakfast and dinner.
