Loved my stay. The staff were wonderful and spoke good English. Great comfortable room and all the facilities worked. Great location. Solo traveller and felt completely safe in vibrant Valparaiso which I liked has a city and has a unfair reputation. I was located on the 3rd floor overlooking the tourist steps to the street murals and never observed any bad behaviours and slept well for 4 nights there.
