Very supportive staff. Ideal location even though car parking facility is congested and narrow. Good rooms and facilities. Some rooms have very good view. Rooms were very clean. Bed was comfortable.

Staff. Mr. Godwill at the reservation and front desk was very helpful. Even upgraded our room when I just mentioned that we should get something special as we were staying 3 nights. Room 103, the best room was given to us. Mr. John the all-in-one assistant was super friendly and efficient. The owner himself met us and guided us, arranging cabs and suggesting itineraries. Very happy.
