Me and my daughter enjoyed our short stay. Stefano was very welcoming and the accommodation was lovely, fun, bright, modern ,clean and comfortable. The shower was A-mazing!!! and massaged as you shower!! The breakfast was a very sweet breakfast, mini chocolate crossants and pastries which my daughter liked. There was cereal options of cornflakes also and yoghurt and fresh mini juices, which I thought were really cute. I liked how it was presented and the breakfast tasted nice. Stefano and his dad went that extra mile driving me and my daughter to the station(valmontone) as I didnt have a car as the walk was too far for us and even picked us on our return from our days in Rome. We greatly appreciated this as we didn't realise the distance.

Very modern and nicely decorated property with beautiful views from the balcony! The hosts are very welcoming and friendly and they indeed went out of their way to help us! We highly recommend this property set in such a beautiful area with such helpful hosts!

Everything was great. The owner of the apartments was so friendly and helpful. Room was clean and new. The breakfast was awesome. Stefano cooked best croissants. He advised us what to visit in Rome. The apartments are owned by a family and they all are so helpful, even at 11 pm they helped us to restart the clima, thanks to that we survived the hot night:-) lovely swimming pool is a part of pleasurable stay) To a nutshell, great level of hospitality. Another big plus: 10 min from railway station on foot ---> 30 min and you are in Rome. Free parking near the apartment, when everywhere you should pay..... We wish them all the best and if one day we will be in that area again we will ofcourse book them 😀
