This was probably one of the best B&Bs we have ever stayed at. The hosts were extremely kind and attentive. Upon arrival, we were warmly and respectfully greeted by Rodolphe, who handed us the keys to our room. Both Rodolphe and Laurie spoke excellent English, and we immediately felt at home and welcomed. Everything was crisp and clean, and the decorations were simple yet charming and thoughtfully arranged. If you're offered a 'table d'hôte' meal for dinner, do yourself a favor and say yes! We were lucky to have accepted, and the meal was outstanding. The whole experience was superb, with the food being exceptional and the hosts very attentive during the service. We were served quiche, ratatouille, BBQ meat, bread, and apple crumble—all for just 23 euros per person. It was about half the price of eating out in the village, which we did have to over the next few days. The whole experience was much more relaxed and enjoyable than dining out at busy a restaurant. Breakfast was simple but filling, with delicious homemade products. We especially loved the homemade marmalade. The location was excellent for hiking, with the entire Écrins region being simply stunning. There are plenty of amazing hikes and walks close by, and we visited both Glacier Noir and Glacier Blanc in our hikes.

Room and location was great. Breakfast was OK but limited amount that was not quite enough for our teenage boys! Hosts were very responsive and very helpful in our search for a doctor on a Sunday. We even bumped into them when we were out hiking in the area which was also nice!
