The hotel is in the middle of vineyards , very quiet and nicely decorated. The pool area is very restful. Rooms have big terraces. Breakfast is with delicious local food. The hotel is very close to the city center

Great location, clean nice rooms. Good size pool Friendly staff Walking distance from a great restaurant with Belgian owner. We stayed for a week… Hotel offers activities as well like wine/bike tour. Helped with booking kayaking etc 5 min drive by car from town center of Vallon

The place is magical like in a fairytale. We recommend to take the breakfast. It seems a bit expensive but the products are fresh and made with love. (and to be honest, it’s very difficult to find something at this level in the town nearby.) The biggest value in this place is the stuff that always welcoming. They recommended the most amazing place to eat and every problem got served in a minute it’s a huge help to have the staff booking and managing your stay.

The house looks just lovely in its location. Our room on the ground floor was very nice and comfortable, with a great view on the surrounding lawns and fields from our window and terrace. The breakfast was very good; the hotel provides pre-printed notes with items to choose from to avoid food waste (with regard to the choices of bread it could be made clearer that the items to choose from, like croissants and so on, are additional to the several sorts of bread that are available at the buffet anyway). We will certainly choose Villa Walbaum again if we ever come back to this region.
