This is a gem of a hotel and I think the most friendly I’ve ever stayed in. The hotelier is incredibly friendly and helpful, he was flexible when we wanted to extend our stay and he even bump-started our car when the battery died on our departure. The rooms are clean, simple, and elegant, and the air conditioning was wonderful. The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and the breakfast was particularly good; very clear care taken to find the best produce. In summary, an excellent hotel with an exceptional owner, offering elegant, quiet, and relaxing surroundings in the middle of a busy little town. We’re already planning our return. Dan

Very friendly and helpful (especially as I turned up wet and dishevelled) and a lovely room. Breakfast was great with fantastic views.
