The problem has been solved. I caught the person who was damaging the hostel’s property and reputation — an unwanted guest who even tried to eat my last sausage from Poland for breakfast.

Cooked own food. Fridge good. Lockers good. Toilet/shoes areas good Automatic lights all good on stairs and rooms. Cleaner busy every morning. Rubbish collected early daily. No key needed to access.building.
