The easiest way to get there is on the Palma-Valldemossa Road, at km 16.8, on the left-hand side.Also, our hotel may be difficult for elderly people and people with mobility issues as to access it you either need a car or to go by a very steep uphill.Please note that there are cats living in the property.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. What stood out most was the kindness of the staff. Every small conversation with the people working at the property was positive, and they were always happy to help. Breakfast was clearly made with care, and the peaceful atmosphere of the area made the experience even more special.

I appreciate this hotel has good reviews but in all honesty we were very disappointed overall and felt a little cheated. On the positive side it is a lovely property with plenty of charm, delightful gardens, convenient parking and sizeable rooms. The bed was very clean and comfy.
