We have 2 spaces for electric vehicles and they must be reserved in advance (subject to availability)For stays of more than 7 days, an advance payment of 50% of the reservation will be requested 14 days before the arrival date. The rest of the amount will be paid upon arrival.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Great location, spotlessly clean spacious rooms and a powerful shower! Great staff and secure parking. Only blip on the stay was the lack of air conditioning. Although the unit was present the AC facility was not in service and the streets were a little too noisy ( eve of a major holiday) to have the windows open. A very small thing in the overall experience. We look forward to visiting again soon!

With so many positive reviews there is always a sense that it might not be as good as you might have hoped, but in this case it certainly was even better than expectation. Super lovely team from reception to breakfast, friendly and utterly professional, fabulous room with loads of space and one of the comfiest bed you could wish for, incredibly quiet, and all near the centre of Valladolid with so many nice places to eat. That was one of those places you just can't wait to come back to, amazingly good.
