Lovely staff, spoke very good English. Room basic but very clean. Excellent shower. Only complaint was no safe in room but other than that, great value for money. Highly recommend. Food, dinner and breakfast was really lovely. Hotel very clean and quiet, a number of guest took their dogs but no smell. Would go back. Taxi to centre of Valladolid around 10€. Download Google translation as not all drivers speak English.

Friendly staff, and a very convenient location. I could have dinner at the time I arrived and they offered me the option to have a room with a double bed instead of two single ones. I appreciated it a lot!!

Great location, excellent staff. Good parking. Very comfortable room, nice restaurant and dog friendly. There are two parks within 10 minutes, which make dog walking a pleasure.

Breakfast was good, as was the evening meal on site. It's a really nice (if long) walk along the river into the city centre but in terms of finding it from the motorway it's really easy. Room was clean, shower hot and staff were very friendly to us and the dog.

Booking in straight forward. Room clean and fresh, bathroom clean with nice fresh smelling soap/shampoo. Bed firm and comfortable , had a great sleep, bedding clean. Good size tv, much larger than most hotels offer. Breakfast was plentiful, well presented, everything was fresh. This is the second time staying whilst on my way to the Santander ferry and I highly recommend it.
