Please note that bed linen and towels are excluded for the holidays homes and included for the double room.For the holidays homes, guest can bring their own bed linen and towels or rent it at the property for a surcharge of EUR 8.50 per bed linen set and EUR 6.50 for a towel set. A kitchen set is free.Dogs are allowed on request in both the houses and hotel rooms at an additional cost of € 15.00 per night or € 25.00 for 2 dogs per night.Please note that bed linen and towels are not included for the holiday homes, but are included for the double room.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The hotel/guest house is located just outside Valkenburg town center. The property is located just off the main road, so it is easy to navigate to. The property is kept clean and organised. One cannot visit the main castle, but living on the grounds itself brings in a good adventure!

Very convenient parking, and the location is close to both Maastricht and Valkenburg. There is a kitchen that meets basic needs, the bedroom is on the ground floor, and the bathroom is very spacious.

Good value for money and amazing location! And thank you so much for the decorated Christmas tree in the living room! I loved the option to have breakfast (15 per adult and 8 per child; our 3-year old was for free) and it was very good. Slightly later than standard check-out at 11am was also very appreciated. We stayed in a Comfort house with a fully equipped kitchen and a nice living room with a new looking couch. Water was hot with a good pressure.
