The decor of the balcony room was lovely and soothing. There were nice touches for guests - cleaner left a note with haribo sweets; nice toiletries; complimentary juice and mini-chocolates. Coffee pods in room were good quality (though could have done with more!). Location fantastic in busy area but not overly noisy.

Beautiful, restful decor. Very friendly, English-speaking staff. The best selection of breakfast choices you could possibly find. Location right in the centre of the Old Town. Very quiet.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The room was spotlessly clean and really comfortable, also very well equipped. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Loads of restaurants and bars really close to the hotel - it’s also worth waiting in the queue for a table at San Tommaso opposite for a superb meal.
