Perfect place in Valencia, near everywhere. Nice flat with very kind Pepe. He likes to help with everything he can. Really recommend it.

What you are paying for is the location, which really is superb! The amenities are basic, but since the accommodation is priced competitively with hostels and not hotels, I think that it's very good value for money. There will be no one snoring and coughing through the night in your room. The host was most helpful and accommodating!

I very enjoyed staying in Valencia in this room! The location is 20 minutes from downtown by foot and near public transportation. Giuseppe is a very nice and available person.

The room is located in a shared apartment in a nice area. It is easy and enjoyable to walk to the old city and to the train station. I enjoyed my stay there. And Giuseppe is a very welcoming host.
