The staff are very friendly, the location is close to the mall and tube station so you can be in center within 20 mins.

Room was very comfortable. Wonderful housekeeping. Location for us was perfect. We thought breakfast was very expensive. We ate in other places. Loved the roof top area. Staff absolutely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is placed in a perfect location, easy access to subway/ bus stations, park and mall ( also with kids play zone near ). The breakfast was very good, complete with al sorts of pastry, fruits, local delights, and continental usual food, breakfast place was also big and didn`t lack anything. Rooms were not so big, but as mentioned below, it wasn`t the rooms we booked, however they were cleaned daily and had a lot of necessary things ( even toothbrush and paste ). You have a gym at -1 and pool at 12th floor, easy access, 4 elevators to make the "traffic" easier. You can refill some bottles you have in the room, at 2 / 5 or 8th floors. ( They give you a water bottle per day free ) and have also mini fridge / bar. Overall experience was good, except for the fact that they overbooked the rooms, at least they had a backup with the extra room.
