Did not stay at PLAZA Hotel because they had an issue with air conditioning, then they asked me to stay at Marques Hotel in much better suíte. Everything was qood there, only sugest to check in advance the breakfast prices, the remaining was really Nice. The service is great and nice employees!

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town, right outside the Mercado Central and very close to the Silk Exchange (La Lonja de La Seda). The staff are well trained, attentive and very friendly, especially Victor at Reception. Victor was really helpful throughout our stay, gave us tips on places to see and good restaurants, helped with booking restaurants and taxis. We are so impressed by his professionalism and efficiency.
