Room was clean and comfortable, and staff were friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel felt safe and secure, which was particularly important as I was travelling solo. It is a short walk away from the Beniferri metro station, which takes you into the city centre quickly. There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby, as well as bus stops served by multiple lines. I stayed here for the Fallas festival and thought it was a good location; it's easy and fast to get into the old town for all the main events, but it's far enough away from the centre that you will not be disrupted by the festivities during the night.

The overall ambiance of Meliá Valencia is fantastic. The reception area is immense and beautifully designed; a truly lovely space to relax. My room was nicely spacious and remarkably clean. A particular highlight I really enjoyed was the unique combination of a bath and a shower in the bathroom. The location is excellent, providing direct access to a metro station, and I appreciated the convenience of having restaurants both within the hotel and in the surrounding area.

Hi this hotel was exceptional, everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially marta on reception up and behind, highly recommend.
