Please note, rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 and 14:00, without any additional cost. Cleaning staff will not enter the room without the guest's authorization.One set of towels is included per guest, extra towels are available for EUR 1 per piece.Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.Check-in times are as follows:- Monday to Saturday: 12.00 until 14.00 and 16.00 until 20.00
- Sunday: 12.00 until 16.00Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.All rooms have the same facilities but are decorated differently. You may not be in a room which looks exactly like the photos shown.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. This hotel was perfect for us, as a couple in our twenties travelling together to Valencia. Located alongside the Jardines 🪴, it is in a leafy area which is around a 20 minute walk to the main city centre area / shops / restaurants. There are cafes bars nearby though if you wanted to stay local. We walked most days or took a cheap uber into the city centre of an evening. Area around hotel feels safe. Hotel was always clean and room was spacious, has fridge and decorated modern. Staff on the front desk were really friendly from check in to check out, provided us with map when checking in and even provided a bottle opener when we brought a bottle of wine from the shop down the road and didn’t realise it was corked! 🍷 We would stay here again definitely.
