Please note, rooms are cleaned every day between 10:00 and 14:00, without any additional cost. Cleaning staff will not enter the room without the guest's authorization.One set of towels is included per guest, extra towels are available for EUR 1 per piece.Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel in advance of their estimated time of arrival. This can be noted in the Special Requests Box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the Booking Confirmation.Check-in times are as follows:- Monday to Saturday: 12.00 until 14.00 and 16.00 until 20.00
- Sunday: 12.00 until 16.00Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the password, please contact the hotel prior to arrival using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.All rooms have the same facilities but are decorated differently. You may not be in a room which looks exactly like the photos shown.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. The location is good, next to the park, and bus stops. Room was big enough for two people and clean. It's okay for short stay.

Good option if you are looking for an affordable place to shower and sleep for couple of nights. Good location with restaurants and bars around. Although it doesn’t have a 24h front desk this wasn’t an inconvenient for us. The communication through email with instructions for check in and check out outside front desk hours was excellent.

Location ,easy walking distance to Mestalla stadium.Facilities fantastic for 1 star hotel.Booking and check in was easy to follow.
