Good staff breakfast was nice simple but sufficient not the fanciest coffee machine but all good. Very friendly staff. Enough to keep you going for the day. Plus the location is excellent positioned equally between the beach with buses right outside or the park and centre in the other direction.

Great location, right in the middle of all the main Valencia attractions. Clean and comfortable size rooms. Good breakfast for the value of money.
