My husband and I were very satisfied by the cleanness, food, spa center, terrace. Everything was really wonderful. The managers were very polite and ready to help with any request or problem. I have a very good impression about the staff of the hotel. The cleaning ladies are very professional and also very polite. The rest in Neptuno was the best part of our Spain trip. Thank you

Great location. We did not enjoy breakfast with you; our time was too short and had to leave very early to catch our plane to Paris. Loved the Spa treatment, very relaxing and professional. Great view and comfy and spacious room.

The location is great. It is located right at the beach. I only stayed one night so I can not say much about it. The room was ok.
