This is payable at the time of booking (this amount is added to the selected rate).This establishment does not allow bachelor/bachelorette parties or similar celebrations.All guests must be in possession of a valid identification document, they will be required to complete the registration of travellers required by the Ministry of the Interior.All special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.For stays of less than 10 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be refunded in full to the credit card within 7 days after check-out, after verification of the good condition of the accommodation.For stays of more than 11 nights, a damage deposit of EUR 500 is required. This must be paid by credit card. The amount will be fully refunded to the credit card within a maximum of 30 days after check-out, once the good condition of the accommodation has been verified.You will be charged 3,00 EUR daily for utilities such as power & water. Very clean and super comfortable, we were 4 girls and the flat is perfect for 4/5 people I would say. Check in and check out is very easy.

We stayed for 12 nights and they cleaned the apartment twice during our stay which we found great. The check in and out process was easy. They provided some essentials for our stay (coffee, tea, salt etc)

Nice kitchen, cosy room for 2 persons. Good location, there is bike station 2 min walk away…
