Apartment Overview

This restored 19th-century building is in the historic centre of Valencia, a short walk from the Cathedral. The Edificio Palomar offers air-conditioned apartments with free Wi-Fi.
Each apartment at the Palomar has modern design. Apartments have a living area with TV and a kitchen area including a fridge and a hob. Towels and bed linen are provided.
The Palomar Apartments have an ideal setting near the Torres de Quart Tower, the Lonja de Seda and Botanical Gardens. There are bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk of the apartments.

I had a great stay at the Edificio apartment in Valencia. The place was clean, modern, and well-located—close to attractions yet quiet at night. The host was friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

I was present in this property during the recent catastrophe in Valencia. I can't speak highly enough of two staff members, Karen and Jorge. The loss of life, closure of airports, roads and train stations made the latter part of our stay very stressful. Whilst modern technology is wonderful, the apps for the train companies, taxi's, Uber, etc continued to take bookings and subsequently cancelled them. We had a two city break, Valencia and Madrid, whilst we did not get to see Madrid, the efforts made by Karen and Jorge ensured that we had alternative accommodation to stay in Valencia. Karen personally arranged a Taxi with a family member to take us to Madrid. This allowed us to make our scheduled flight home. Without this personal effort, this would have resulted in thousands of euros in re-arranged flights and accommodation. I had travelled with a young family for the Valencia half marathon. Karen and Jorge's efforts allowed us to get home safely. The tourist area was largely unaffected by the catastrophe. Help this wonderful city get back on it's feet by travelling to this area.
