The staff couldn’t do enough for you. So helpful. The hotel is in a close location to everything. The rooms are comfortable and so are the beds! The breakfast is plentiful and worth paying for if it’s not included in your package. Gluten free items, oat milk if that’s your preference and a fresh orange machine. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We would return if we were visiting Valancia again .

Very polite staff, clean and tidy rooms and communal areas. Well appointed room, aircon was great and room was quiet. Good choice for breakfast including hot food, well presented and very tasty.

A very warm friendly welcome when checking in. It was a really nice surprise to be upgraded and to also be able to check in a little earlier. The rooms were very well designed with everything you would need, also it is in a great location. We enjoyed our stay so much that we booked an extra 2 nights. Abbas was extremely helpful especially when we wanted to extend our stay and stay in the same room. We will be definitely booking this hotel again the next time we are in Valencia.
