The staff were friendly and welcoming. Family room was spacious and comfortable. Location could not have been better, right in the centre of the old city. Breakfast was fresh and had a variety available.

The location was 10/10, no noise of an evening considering we were on the square. Clean room and bathroom. We wanted a room with a balcony, this balcony was the most amazing for views we’ve ever had. Absolutely stunning views of the architecture on the square. 24 hour reception and breakfast if you wish to add. We would definitely recommend to others and return to Casual Hotels Valencia 😊 thank you for having us!!
