- near the beach & also near bus stops that take you to the city centre - washing machine, built-in air conditioning in the living room and double-bedroom - fully equipped kitchen, big fridge and freezer - nice balcony - very spacious for a couple - enough towels

Traditional Valencian house in great location. Close to beautiful beach, local bars and restaurants and transport to city centre. Lovely traditional touches such as beautiful tiling in the downstairs. Hosts were very responsive and helpful in organising taxi and later check in and check out. Well equipped kitchen. We loved the El Cabanyal area and would return again - great vibe and feel about it

Mario was amazing when we arrived late. He let us in, showed us around and offered advice on where to go etc Location is close to the beach.

We loved the house, it is actually better than the photos! I also really like the quiet location and proximity to beach, supermarkets, restaurants and excellent public transport.
