Caro Hotel is a former 19th-century palace located in the heart of Valencia, just 200 meters from the Cathedral. Architecturally unique, it masterfully blends historic heritage with contemporary design, creating a sophisticated and truly one-of-a-kind experience, preserving elements dating back more than 2,000 years.
Designed by Francesc Rifé, each room is individually conceived, reflecting an elegant minimalist aesthetic enriched with carefully curated details. Many rooms feature singular architectural elements such as medieval coffered ceilings or original Moorish arches, seamlessly integrated into the modern design. All rooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, air conditioning, and a complimentary minibar. The bathrooms offer a refined experience with Lalique toiletries, bathrobes, and slippers.
In 2024 and 2025, Caro Hotel was awarded a Michelin Key, a distinction granted by the MICHELIN Guide to recognize the world’s most exceptional hotels for their excellence, character, and quality of experience. This spacious, elegant room features original architectural details and can look out onto the patio or the main street, or be located on the top floor.
