A special thank you to Neyvel at reception — Neyvel was so caring, kind and quick to help. Neyvel solved a difficult situation for us with real understanding and made sure we felt comfortable and supported the whole time. Her friendly and professional attitude made all the difference, and we are so grateful to Neyvel for everything she did for us. Another outstanding team member was Manuel, who also provided us with excellent and thoughtful service throughout our stay. Blanq Hotel is truly lucky to have good staff who make guests feel so welcome and well taken care of. We highly recommend Blanq Hotel and can’t wait to come back!
